Activities for Adults

ALPHA: Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith is invited to join this small group. Adults of all ages are welcome

Faith Acts: Thursday evenings. Start with a simple supper at 5:15 pm. The evening continues with opportunities for Christian growth and fellowship for all ages - nursery through adults.

Women's Bible Study: Wednesday mornings 6:30 a.m.

Women's Ministries: The mission of this LPC ministry group is to nurture spiritual growth, thus encouraging individuals and our collective body to bear fruit in the service of the Lord. The Women's Ministry develops and supports opportunities for service, study and fellowship.

Small Groups: Meet once a week and are lead by church members. Groups meet at different locations, times and days. Study topics are varied. Find one that meets your schedule and interest!

Men's Bible Study: Sunday evenings 7:30 pm.

Men's Organization:  Regular programs and speakers meet throughout the year, generally on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm. Supper is available starting at 6:00 pm. Friends and guests are always welcome. Other opportunities throughout the year include softball, golf outings, retreats, accountability groups and service projects. Our men are supportive of the Promise Keeper movement, taking part in various events.

Saturday Morning Men's Prayer and Share Groups: Meet weekly at 7:30 a.m. for the purpose of fellowship, support, study and prayer.  These groups are non-denominational and actively seek the word of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit.  We acknowledge the resurrected Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.  From there, anything and everything is possible  -- Even getting battle weary men our of bed early on Saturday morning!

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) : MOPS is a nondenominational Christian gathering of mothers of preschoolers from the community that meets alternate Friday mornings from 9:15-11:30, September through June. The MOPS program includes guest speakers, small group discussions, crafts, seasonal brunches, Bible studies, evening outings, and fellowship.

Music Programs and Opportunities : Vocal choirs ranging from age 4 through adults, Hand Bell choir and two contemporary music bands. Rehearsals are scheduled throughout the week; performance schedules vary.
