Our ongoing Adult Ministries mission is to facilitate challenging, Christ centered and Biblically based ministry and learning opportunities for the Body of Christ located in Langhorne Presbyterian Church. Our prayer is that as a result of these opportunities the Holy Spirit will change lives by revealing Christ to those who don’t know Him or impressing Christ deeper into the hearts of those who do.

“John: Meet God Face to Face”
Adults/Couples Bible Study, Sundays 6:30-8:30 PM, starting Sunday, June 2.
This 13-week study will meet at the Donnelly’s home in Levittown.
The Gospel of John was written “… so that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in him you will have life by the power of his name” (John 20:31 NLT). John knew Jesus intimately and John’s Gospel provides an intimate portrait of the Lord. This study of the Gospel of John includes daily opportunities for participants to prepare at home for the weekly group teaching/discussion session held at the Donnelly’s.

8:01 – The Minor Prophets – A Major Message
Sundays, 8:01-8:59 a.m. in the Chapel

We’re going to look at eleven of the twelve Minor Prophets in our eleven-week study (Jonah having been the topic a recent sermon series will remain in the belly of the fish this summer).
For some of us this tour of the Minor Prophets will be like a wonderful summer road trip visiting old friends. We’ll stop and stay for a Sunday and recall some stirring words and startling images. Others of us will be meeting the Prophets for the first time, wondering how to pronounce their names. All of us will have a great time together as we learn from the Word and hear God’s Spirit use the thoughts and voices of one another to make that Word come alive.
If you are able to join us every Sunday, please do, but if you’re away for a week or two, don’t worry; each class is a self-contained unit.
The 8:01 is a marvelous way to begin a Summer Sunday. Hope you’ll join us. And then stay for Sanctuary worship or come back for Contemporary worship. Your week and your summer will be better for it!
