The holidays present unique challenges for those who are grieving. The Surviving the Holidays seminar provides support, understanding, tools and real-life accounts from others to enable a grieving person to navigate the challenges of the season without “losing it,” avoiding the holidays and people, or succumbing to intractable sadness or depression.
